Our Product and UX team are the ones designing the roadmap to creating simple, intuitive user-centric experiences – sometimes 12 months in advance. The role 

3 Product Owner roles available, including one in our applications team so app experience would be desirable.

  • Build and articulate your product vision to a growing team, breaking its delivery into meaningful and achievable goals
  • Lead a key area of a product, aided by an autonomous and talented multidisciplinary team (Engineers, UXers, Service Designers, Researchers and Analysts)
  • Working as part of a larger tribe of 4-6 squads, along side the other tribes that make up cinch Technology
  • Planning the pipeline of delivery and your product’s launch, working closely with other product owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies and overlapping user journeys
  • Translate user needs into compelling user stories, bringing the whole team along for the ride

The person 

  • Commercially minded, balancing a compelling user value proposition with commercial needs
  • Data centric approach – understand the research and numbers. Know what they’re telling you about your customers and your product, know what signs of success to look for and how to get the data you need to make good decisions
  • Care about the ‘why’ above all else and are prepared to cut through the noise to get there
  • Ability to lead, organise and inspire designers and engineers with a clear and inclusive vision
  • At home facilitating workshops and involving others in decision making
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and team members
  • Explorer’s mind – curiosity, strong desire to innovate, take risks and think outside the box
  • Passion above all else, you won’t have all the answers from day one, but you’ll know how to get there
